The Best Mac and Cheese You’ve EVER Tasted
Ingredients:
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp butter
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
2- 4oz. slices of Velveeta
2 pots ( 1 for sauce, 1 for pasta)
1 package of marcroni noodles ( or spagetti)
directions:
1. start pot of water for pasta, bring to boil, put noodles in… duh!
2. start other pot for sauce at same time as boiling water.
3. start by metling butter on medium- low heat; when completely melted add salt and flour; stir until paste
4. when it starts to bubble (the paste), SLOWLY add in the milk (don’t ask me why)
5. constantly stir milk until it thickens, otherwise it will burn.
6. when milk thickens add cut up chunks of Velveeta and shredded cheese
only a handful at a time so everything melts evenly.
7. after all cheese is melted add to cooked pasta, put it ina bowl, and stick ur face in it b/c it’s damn good!!!!!!
